hey its a question of how far the site- salary base is worth in private sector since the employees got their position(eg.assistant area manager)wasn't included in the employers position listed in salary base URL.
secondly it depends on the country where you are working since the same company has the different pay structures in china,India, singapore and U.S.If it compares the salary of the indians with the U.S, i surmise its useless.
